I’m writing this as a warning to others. My terrible online shopping experience began when I ordered glasses on May 4th and was assured they would be finished on May 11th. It is now May 26th and I keep getting emails apologizing for the delay. After seeing all the one-star reviews that had the exact same experience which I did, I am not surprised. I tried multiple times to call customer service and finally spoke to someone who was absolutely no help at all. This immense frustration is why I felt compelled to call them one last time, hoping for a real answer.

Customer: My order number is 85432. I was promised my glasses by May 11th. It's the 26th and all I get are apology emails. I want to know where my glasses are, right now.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for this unacceptable delay and the frustration it has caused. Let me look up your order immediately. Please give me just one moment.

Customer: I’ve heard that before. The last person I spoke to was useless. I don't need another generic apology; I need a shipping date or a refund.

CS Rep: I understand completely. I see there was a production delay at our lab. I have just escalated your order to priority status and upgraded you to free expedited shipping. It is now guaranteed to ship within the next 48 hours.

Customer: Fine. If I don't have a tracking number in two days, I'm canceling the order and initiating a chargeback. This is the last chance.

CS Rep: You will receive that notification. I've placed a note on your file and will personally ensure it ships out. Again, my deepest apologies for our failure in service.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
