This online retailer is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for "next day delivery" – a clear lie – only to find my order confirmation email stating it would take three business days. This infuriated me, as their site clearly said "eligible for next day delivery," and I paid the $19.95 fee. When I tried to resolve this, I hit brick wall after brick wall: automated phone lines, useless chat bots, and emails that went unanswered. It was pure frustration, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review and try one last time to engage with customer service.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, but my order email clearly states it will take three business days. What's going on? That's not what I paid for! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/madam. Let me check your order details. Could you please provide your order number? Customer: It's [Order Number]. And frankly, your customer service is a joke. I've been trying to reach a human for ages.
