GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. Every time I tried to get a response for a refund, all they kept telling me was it was "in transit" from a BOT. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with their customer service because I desperately want my money back and couldn't get a real person to help me.

Customer: I need to speak to a real person. My order #105081183, placed back on February 24th, never arrived, and I still haven't received my refund for the $246.00 you owe me. The tracking has been stuck in Atlanta for weeks! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the delay and the lack of updates you’ve received. Let me pull up your order information for you. Customer: I've only gotten bot replies saying it's "in transit." It's not in transit if it's been in Atlanta for months! I just want my money back. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I completely empathize. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. I see the issue with the tracking. I'm initiating the refund process for you right now. It typically takes 7-10 business days to reflect on your card. Customer: 7-10 business days? After all this hassle? I've had to file complaints with the BBB and the Vermont Attorney General just to get to this point. Are you sure it will go through this time? CS Rep: Yes, I assure you, the refund is being processed now. I’ve escalated this internally to ensure it's prioritized. Again, I sincerely apologize for the extraordinary delay and the inconvenience you’ve faced.
